Shear Abby - Meet owner Abby Keefe, Shear Abby. Abby is an award winning Bridal hair and makeup artist. Abby also specializes in luxury extensions and balayage. As a side gig, Abby also makes custom branded and banded hats. All Gigi pip hats can be customized with your wedding date, hashtag, favorite symbol (ie: a buffalo, dog paw etc.) Add a feather and a band to match, different colors to choose from.
